The waterfront restaurant, The Windows, features American cuisine with a view of the river and sailing ships. M.D.'s Lounge provides both cocktails and live entertainment. Besides being host to the 1996 Summer Olympic Yachting competitions, the Hyatt Regency Savannah arranges for entertainment such as a Historic City tour, carriage rides, a private dock, deep-sea fishing and golf.

The Hyatt Regency Savannah features 346 richly-appointed guest rooms that reflect the grace and charm of the old south.  All guest rooms feature a TV with remote control, cable and in-room pay movies, video account review and checkout, telephone with message light, individual climate control, full bath amenities, voice mail and modem hook-up, turndown upon request, iron, ironing board and a radio alarm clock. Balconies and patios are available for second floor rooms. All riverside rooms have a light indicating when a ship is passing. The Deluxe Suites, decorated with traditional Victorian furniture, have a 3 bedroom capability with 1,800 sq. ft. There is a wet bar, library and a fireplace in addition to the upgraded amenities. The VIP Suites, decorated with traditional Victorian furniture, have a 2 bedroom capability with 1,200 sq. ft. There is a wet bar, refrigerator and a fireplace in addition to the upgraded amenities. The Regency Suites are 450 sq. ft. with a small conference table, connecting bedroom capability, wet bar and a refrigerator in addition to the upgraded amenities. The Plaza Suites are 450 sq. ft. with a small conference table and connecting bedroom capability. This suite, opening onto the Garden Terrace, has no connecting rooms (adjoining only), and features a sofa bed and a conference table. The 5th Floor Hospitality suite, with a balcony overlooking the Garden Terrace, has a sofa bed and a conference table. This suite is 1,250 sq. ft. in size, with a balcony overlooking the Garden Terrace and a 2 bedroom capability. There is a sofa bed, conference table, wet bar and a refrigerator.
